Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
Soon reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

GST, Customs and Duties
GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices, though you will still be subject to other countries tax where required. All prices stated are in Australian dollars. The prices do not include any additional overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur.
We do not require consumers to disclose any information about them in order to browse our website and only require minimal information in order to make a purchase. Certain information, such as delivery addresses, is stored for your convenience but this information is not accessible to anyone but you.
We will treat personal information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Other than as set out below, we will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or licence to any third parties any personal information that you may have provided to us, unless we have your prior express consent to do so.
When you register on the Soon website you are automatically added to our mailing list. If you prefer not to receive information from Soon, you can unsubscribe by sending an email request to email@example.com or by following the unsubscribe link on any newsletter you may receive from Soon.
Automatic Data Collection
Due to the nature of the Internet, there is certain information that is transmitted to us automatically, such as your IP address and the browser you are using. This information is collected for purely statistical reasons as part of our ongoing development however we do not attach any personal information to these statistics. Similar information is also transmitted along with any emails sent. This information is not stored.
Once you have finished shopping with us and are ready to check out, you will be asked which preferred credit card you would like to use.

If you would prefer to contact us directly to make an over the phone credit card payment, please contact us on (03) 9826 4686 during business hours, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm EST. Please note phone payments will need to be given at least 24 hours to clear, prior to despatching your order.
Soon does not convert your total into any other currency, other than Australian dollars. We will charge your credit card in Australian dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.
Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact regarding an alternative selection.
Occasionally, Soon Online will offer certain customers gift certificates of various monetary amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Soon Online in order to qualify for a gift certificate.
These gift certificates can only be redeemed on Soon Online and in a single transaction only. Should a customer not use the entire amount specified on the gift certificate when seeking to redeem it, any remaining amount is attached to your Customer Record and will be credited to your next order when you log in.
When you order on Soon Online and you choose to redeem a gift certificate, the amount on the certificate will automatically be credited to your order.
Each gift certificate will expire on the date shown on the gift certificate. The amount on each gift certificate cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your gift certificate, we cannot replace it.

Occasionally, Soon Online will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Soon Online in order to qualify for a promotion code.
These promotion codes can only be redeemed on Soon Online. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions.
When you order on Soon Online and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order.
Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions. The discount associated with the promotion code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your promotion code, we cannot replace it.

We use the latest security technologies to encrypt your personal information as it travels across the internet and your credit cards are guaranteed against fraudulent charges. We've designed the site so that these protections are automatic; there's nothing you need to do except shop...with confidence!
Soon uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL is the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology, which means your credit card numbers and other personal information, is always encrypted (scrambled) before it is sent or received over the Internet. The following indicates that you have entered a secure session and will be present when you are requested to enter your credit card details:
- the "https" in place of the usual "http" in your browser address box
- the small padlock at the foot of your browser or next to the URL bar (IE7)
(Note: As you move around on the site, you may notice that some pages display http in the address window, instead of https. Don't worry—that just means there's no place for you to enter information on those particular pages, so there's nothing for us to encrypt. Anytime you move back to a page with forms, https will appear again.)
At Soon Maternity it is our aim for you to receive your on line order, within 2 – 7 working days within Australia, and all international orders within 2 – 14 working days. Soon Maternity will send you confirmation of your order once it has been placed, via email. If for any reason we are not able to provide you with your initial selection, due to sold out status or stock arrival delay into our warehouse, we will also notify you via email.
Deliveries made within Australia
At Soon Maternity we deliver orders using Australia Post, Registered Mail. All orders are traceable, and you will need to sign for its delivery upon its arrival. If you would like to track your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide you with your delivery tracking number, or we will be happy to do this for you on your behalf.
Shipping costs within Australia are as follows and are gst inclusive.
- Free Domestic Shipping for orders of $100 plus
- $8.90 for shipping and handling within Australia.
Items on back order may take longer than 2-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
When ordering outside Australia, it is our aim to have your order to you in approximately 2 -14 working days.
Shipping costs outside of Australia are as follows.
- Free International Shipping for orders of $200 plus
- $20.00 for regular post shipping and handling outside Australia under $200
- Free New Zealand Shipping for orders of $100 plus
- $15.00 for shipping and handling for deliveries to New Zealand under $100
On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 5-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
The above postal charge does not include any possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order will be received. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call your local customs offices to gain further details.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after 3.00 pm EST will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day. All orders are processed within business trading hours, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm AEST.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please log into your account and complete the RMA return resuest online or print and complete the exchange/return form so we can process your return efficiently.

Our aim is to make sure you are satisfied, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, online credit note or a refund for the cost of goods only.
Items must be returned within 30 days of original despatch date unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Soon Maternity swing tags attached. Your invoice, RMA aknowledgment or a Soon Maternity exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. Soon Maternity does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to us via non registered post.
When sending your parcel or box back to us via registered post, we will endeavor to process all refund’s and exchanges the day your return arrives back to us. Please note customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Soon online credit note will be issued for the sale item.
Items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Soon Maternity will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
If You Change Your Mind
Soon Maternity is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed. The item must be in its original condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new items required by a customer. Soon Maternity will either exchange the item and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.
No redelivery fee is required for exchanging a size, however there will be no refund issued for cost of freight for returning the item.
Soon Maternity will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
